Designed for the demands of hunting and fishing in cold, moist conditions, UpHillSport “Aarea” Hunting 4 Layer H4 Socks are high thermal performance multilayer socks rich in warm, breathable and natural merino wool. Allied with layers of moisture-transferring fibres, the socks remain only medium weight, but able to deliver excellent warmth (to thermal grade 4), moisture control, and breathability.

These socks, conceived and made in Finland, are inspired by and named for a river valley known for its wild salmon and for its often-harsh conditions. The half-rib knee length leg is constructed to stay up even during periods of sudden active movement. The foot is merino terry loop cushioned in the sole and has a fitted heel and Elastane grip placed in the mid foot to keep the socks securely in place. A seamless design toe prevents rubbing and blister formation. All UphillSport socks incorporating merino wool come from mulesing free farming sources.
